How long does a typical engagement take to kick off?

Most engagements begin within one to two weeks of signing. Discovery starts immediately — we schedule stakeholder interviews, request AWS console access, and begin the environment audit. You'll have a documented assessment and recommendation deck within the first two weeks.

How do you handle pricing — is everything custom?

We keep it simple. Managed Services are priced on a monthly retainer based on environment complexity. Professional Services are scoped and quoted per project. Creative Cloud Infrastructure is priced per seat or on a usage basis. We always provide a detailed estimate before work begins — no surprise invoices.

What does the team structure look like?

Every engagement has a named Technical Lead and a Customer Success Manager. For Managed Services, you also get a dedicated operations engineer. Our team holds AWS certifications across Solutions Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Data Analytics.

How do you communicate during an engagement?

We set up a shared Slack channel on day one. You'll get weekly status updates, monthly reports for managed accounts, and quarterly business reviews. For incidents, we follow a defined escalation path with real-time updates.

Can we start small and expand later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with a single Professional Services project — like a migration or cost audit — and then move to Managed Services once they see how we work. There's no lock-in; we earn the next engagement.

Do you work with teams outside of Europe?

Yes. We're based in Prague but work with clients across Europe, the US, and APAC. Our operations team provides 24/7 coverage, and we overlap working hours with most time zones for synchronous communication.
